The following are the Terms & Conditions for Hiring Vehicles with

Casey Limousines.


By proceeding with a booking you accept all these terms and conditions and are responsible for all passengers abiding by these terms & conditions. Failure to abide by any of these terms & conditions will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.





Cancellation Policy

A refund of 50% of a deposit is paid if the cancellation is before 30 days of the event. The full amount of the booking is charged if the cancellation is within 30 days of the event.


No-Show Policy

The full amount will be charged if customer doesn’t show up at the agreed place on agreed time.


Extended Use

As far as possible, customer should try to maintain the time frame for which the vehicles are reserved. Though we shall try to accommodate the request for extension of time, an extra cost will be charged in increments of 1/4 hour as per our standard charges.


Inclement Weather & Traffic Jams

Every effort shall be made to dispatch the Vehicles sufficiently in advance & to get you to your destination on time but we cannot be held responsible for traffic jams, road works or bad weather conditions.


Breakdown

In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle prior to the date of the journey, every effort shall be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle/s at the Casey Limousines' discretion. If this is not acceptable to the Hirer a refund will be made of monies paid. If the vehicle breaks down during the journey or en-route to customer, the chauffeur will try to make alternative arrangements. Refund may be made for the uncompleted portion of the trip only.


Alternative Vehicle Policy

All efforts shall be made by the Casey Limousines to provide the vehicles reserved by the hirer. If not possible, the company shall try to make alternative arrangements or refund the money at their discretion.


Limits of Liabilities

In all cases, the Casey Limousines maximum liability shall be limited to the refund of fare paid by the hirer. No claims for Liquidated Damages, Consequential Losses or for any other nature shall be admissible.


Misbehavior

The chauffeur has the right to stop the car and ask any persons to leave if they mistreat the vehicle in any way. No one is permitted to hang or shout abuse out of the vehicle or windows. Abusive, aggressive or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated and continuation of the service will be at the driver’s discretion. Drug use is not permitted in any of our vehicles and is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the offending passenger.

The client accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by a member of the travelling party. Drivers are under strict instruction to stop and not proceed if they believe any person is not in a fit state to travel, (inclusive of unruly behavior and any mess made).  Cost to Clean & sanitise the vehicle starts at $250.00 and goes up depending upon the extent of the problem.  Plus the costs of any work the vehicle is unable to attend.                                                                                                                                                     Costs will be charged as cash payment at the time.



Safety
  
   
Seat belts must be worn at all times. This is the responsibility of each passenger and any fine incurred will be paid by the offending passenger.  Objects and/or body parts must remain within the limousine at all times. Continuation of the service will be at the driver’s discretion.


Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles at any time.


Fast Food Items

Fast food meals may not be eaten in any of our vehicles.


Price Adjustment Policy

Once a booking is made and confirmed with a deposit paid, the price quoted to the hirer will not be subject to alteration unless there is any deviation from details of the booking or any unforeseen circumstances which warrants price revision.


Subcontractor Use Policy

To provide the best Limousine Services to our customers, Casey Limousines also use the services of other reliable Limousine Companies under our quality control & supervision.


Lost & Found

We shall try to deliver any items left in the vehicle back to the hirer at the clients expense or they may be collected from our office. We cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicles during or after hire.


Terms and Condition Changes

Casey Limousines reserve the right to change these conditions without notice.
